AboutI am a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow in philosophy at the University of Leeds. I teach and think about a range of subjects in philosophy, including practical rationality, meta-ethics, decision theory, and philosophy of medicine.
Before that, I was a lecturer in the the Philosophy Department at King's College London, working as part of the Philosophy & Medicine project, funded by the Peter Sowerby foundation. Click here for more information about the project. Before that, I completed my PhD in the Department of Philosophy, Logic and Scientific Method at LSE, for a thesis entitled Essays on Moral Doubt, Meta-ethics and Choice. I also completed an MSc in Philosophy of Science in the same department. Before that, I worked as a policy advisor in the Government Office for Science. Before that, I graduated from UCL Medical School with an MBBS in Medicine. You can hear a discussion of some of my recent research on the Philosophy Exchange Podcast here. |
